Meditations for couples: the basics

This meditation program for couples is for any couple, whatever your age and your orientation.

The two issues to be taken up in order to be a successful couple are the quality of communication (and more precisely the non-interpretation of the other's words) and the quality of the intimate life.

Integrating the practice of meditation for two partners can thus considerably harmonize and strengthen your relationship, by the quality of presence that these practices invite you to live. The present is a gift, so let's live our relationships more consciously! Misunderstandings and other relationship troubles will disappear!

Beyond appeasing yourself and creating your life (meditation being creative), these meditations include:

  • a cleaning and energetic protection, in short, a real care which puts you back in full presence.
  • specific vibratory waves which act on your well-being and more than anything, which strengthen the connection between the two partners.

This program includes 5 couples meditations of varying lengths (from 7 to 20 minutes):

  1. a basic practice, 
  2. a practice, called your emotional weather
  3. a heart-to-heart connection meditation,
  4. a practice of conscious touch,
  5. the practice of hugging

You also have a short audio outlining the precautions for use.
Ideally, this audio should be listened to before each meditation session.
An important precision, technical precision: like any audio including vibratory waves, they must not be listened to with headphones.

In addition to the audio files, you will have an accompanying document for meditation # 2: your emotional weather.

I would like to point out that the program is being designed gradually.

It is beneficial to practice these 5 meditations in order, when they are discovered, at least once, before practicing them freely, as often as possible.
It is ideal to plan to start a session of 21 consecutive days of meditation together: it is indeed the time necessary to anchor a new practice in your lives, and it is also a practice contributing to your development!

Last precision: all the content is fully searchable online and / or downloadable. This will give you more flexibility in your practice.
